AJ’s Marine Service Policies

Payment. Payment is due at the time of job completion when you are scheduled for pick up. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS!!

 
Parts. Any parts or accessories purchased for service work valued at $100.00 or more must be paid prior to ordering.

Service Calls. There is a $35 fee applied to all service calls to your home or launch ramp/dock. An adult (someone over 18 years of age) must be present at time of service call. This mobile service is for general maintenance only (oil changes, tune-ups, water pumps, winterizations) and payment must be submitted IN CASH OR CREDIT as the job is complete.

AJ’s Warranty. Once AJ’s Marine Service has completed boat repairs, if the SAME problem(s) persist, or related problems develop within 30 days of repair(s), AJ’s Marine Service will waive the labor rate to perform further repairs. Customer is still subject to payment of any additional parts necessary. There is absolutely NO warranty on electrical parts.

Personal Effects. All personal effects and equipment are to be removed from your boat. AJ’s Marine Service will not be responsible for any personal items left inside or on vessel.

Liability. AJ’s Marine Service is not liable for the safety of your vessel while on the property.

Storage fees. When extensive repairs are complete, you will be notified and will then have 5 business days to pick up your boat. Failure to pick up your boat will result in a storage fee of $10 daily.
